Dear Alex, here is the Australasian eResearch Newsletter.
Australasian eResearch Newsletter - March 2025
Message from AeRO:

Planning for eResearch Conference 2025 in Brisbane, 20-24 October is now well under way (see article in body of this Newsletter).  The Conference will again be chaired jointly by Natasha Simons and Luc Betbeder-Matibet.  The Program Committee is also being formed, and it will be jointly chaired by Lesley Wyborn, Aditi Subramanya, Jake Carroll, and Jacky Cho, and the Reviewers Panel is also being set up.  If you are interested in serving in either of these groups, please contact Luc Betbeder-Matibet at luc@unsw.edu.au.

The Conference will be aligned with International Data Week which is being held in the previous week in the same venue (see articles in the body of this Newsletter).  We are looking at areas of cooperation and complementarity.  We’ll still doubtless have many sessions on data, but eRA2025 will probably focus a little more on AI, Compute, Imaging, and Software.

We look forward to another resoundingly successful conference in Brisbane in October!

Alex Reid, Newsletter Editor.
